Return Policy

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item.

Condition of Items: Returned items must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at info@bellaearthorganic.com, and we will provide you with exchange instructions.
